Skymakers Develop and Roll out Personal Video Shopping for MediaMarkt
Skymakers creates a new sales channel for MediaMarkt through Valuelenz, their phygital retail-tech platform. The Personal Video Shopping service is a compelling answer to the increasing need for customer centricity and omni-channel presence in the retail universe.
From 13 May 2021, MediaMarkt customers can enjoy Personal Video Shopping (PVS). It is an innovative end-to-end service that allows everyone to perform purchases from wherever they are, as if they were in the physical store.
At the heart of PVS is the personal video shopper - a specialized, in-store sales associate with the mission to help customers choose exactly what meets their needs, guaranteeing safe, hassle-free and exciting shopping. The service also supports the choice of payment and delivery alternatives, thus providing a great breadth of choice to customers.
