This is what we made possible for a major Home Equipment Franchise, starting from exactly 0 members on day 1.
In the process, we had to create a unique membership program, alluring enough in a series of categories that were by and large low-involvement. Our contribution was full-circle spanning from strategy formulation to identity design, from concept development to segment-based communications – and super-detailed reporting.
Some like to overwhelm you with irrelevant numbers, while being stingy with proof.
