This is what we have achieved for the revenues deriving from debit and credit cards for a renowned Global Bank.
The key challenge was shifting ATM withdrawals to POS transactions. By developing and deploying a game-changing reward program and having 3rd-party merchants absorb the full rewards cost we did exactly that. And all this against an initial target of only 8%. Now, this is a good surprise.
Some like to set some questionable number targets, and end-up under-delivering.
